Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Yangon

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, you are welcomed by our local representative and transfer to the hotel. Your journey begins with drive through the colonial-style city center of Yangon. You’ll start at the post office – a lovely historic building, passing by Strand Hotel, Independence Monument along the way.
Walk around to landmark Sule Pagoda, Mahabandoola Park and downtown of Yangon with remarkable sites of Colonial Buildings & City Hall.

After lunch we’ll visit Kyaukhtatgyi Pagoda, home to a 70-meter long reclining Buddha.
Photo stop at the Karaweik Hall royal floating barge.
From here, continue to Shwedagon Pagoda one of the world’s most spectacular monuments in Myanmar.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the golden stupa from this vantage point.
Overnight Yangon


Day 2  :  Yangon - Bagan

Transfer to Yangon airport for early domestic flight to NYAUNG U/ BAGAN.

You will spend the day exploring a variety of temples most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan
- Thatbyinnyu, the highest temple in Bagan,
- massive Dhammayangyi Temple, noted for its remarkable brickwork, and
- Sulamani Temple

Explore the traditional lacquerware workshop .Enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the plains from the upper terrace of one of the temples.

Day 3 :  Bagan - Popa

Breakfast at the hotel.
First stop will be @ Nyaung U Market, where amid the produce stalls are local toys and other handicrafts.

After a short drive we’ll arrive to a functional toddy farm, where the sap is harvested to create toddy juice, sweet candies and a tasty liquor.& continue to Popa Resort for taking picture and hotel inspection at Popa Resort.

End your day by watching the beauty of Bagan sunset by cruise along the majestic Ayeyarwaddy river with the backdrop of TantKyi Hill. And then transfer back to your hotel and end of our service.

Day 4 :  Bagan - Mandalay by Private Car

Leave from hotel @ 0800am after breakfast. (about 5/6 hour)

Lunch will be at local restaurant on the way.
Check in to the hotel once reach Mandalay (about 0200pm) .

- Visit of BAGAYA MONASTERY, (famous for its impressive woodcarvings and teak posts) with a superb collection of Buddha statues.
- Go up the top of Mandalay Hill, a vantage point for panoramic view of the city and spectacular sunset view.
- Explore the China Town Area.

Overnight Mandalay.


Day 5 : Mandalay - Amarapuar - Sagain- Mandalay


Breakfast at the hotel.

-Continue to the 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge, built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was the royal capital. about 1.2km in length of wooden bridge. It is the longest teak bridge in the world
- Mahagandayone Monastery a famous Buddhist monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study.
En route stop at a local artisan’s workshops of gold leaf making, woodcarving and marble carving.

If time permit , may visit to following place.
-MAHAMUNI PAGODA with its spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves, visit to Gold Leaf Making Workshop.
- one of the most outstanding monasteries in the country, SHWE NAN DAW KYAUNG or GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building.
- KUTHODAW PAGODA, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures

Afteroon Continue to Sagaing : considerd to be the living centre of Buddhism in Myanmar and the hundred of monasteries and temples.

Distances and journey time:
Mandalay-Amarapura (13 km): 30 mins
Mandalay-Sagaing (21 km): 50 min

Day 6  : Mandalay - Maymyo


Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to May myo (formaly known as Pyin Oo Lwin) about 1 hour30mins.
Visit to following sightseeing :
1) BE fall (Pwe Kauk) & Peik Chin Myaung Cave
2) National Kandawgyi Park (just drive through for photo taking)
3) Chinese temple (kwan yin temple)
5) View Point (near anesekan)

Late evening, come back to Mandalay. Overnight Mandalay.


Day 7 : Mandalay - Kalaw


Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer to Kalaw by car (about 5-6 hour).

En route, explore the coffee Plantation at Ywar Ngan Village.

In late afternoon you will reach Kalaw, a fresh and delightful hill station, on the rim of the Shan Plateau, which is a market center for ethnic minorities from surrounding regions.

Spend the night at hotel in Kalaw.


Day 8 : Kalaw -  Pindaya - Nyaung Shwe


After breakfast, visit to local market and proceed to Elephant Camp with Re-plantation in Kalaw45 minutes drive away.

Drive to Pindaya [48 km - 1 hours ] to the small quiet town of Pindaya, where sightseeing highlights include the Pindaya Caves, unique for the thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many centuries.
Transfer to Nyaung Shwe Hotel. En route, visit to:
Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery & Red Mountain Winery visit for a tasting of locally produced reds and whites.
Overnight Nyaung Shwe.


Day 9  : Nyaung Shwe - Inle Lake

Breakfast at the hotel..
Visit to Khaung Daing village on the lake’s western shores. This village is famous for its traditional Shan tofu - fried tofu crackers and folded, triangular tofu treats. We’ll be able to watch (and perhaps participate!) as they sift the soy beans, boil them, mash them into balls then form tofu cakes to dry in the sun. We’ll also have a chance to visit the village monastery for a tea break and snacks. This is a fabulous taste of local life on Inle Lake.

Return to the main part of the lake and venture through small ‘streets’ as you make your way to a neighborhood of stilted houses whose residents craft wooden boats. Depending on the time of year you will see traditional methods of boat building in various stages, from the initial framework all the way to the final coat of paint.

- The excursion stops at local villages ,floating garden and observe the silk weaving process .
- Visit Pagoda Paung Daw Oo and Nge Pe Chaung (Jumping Cat) Monastery.
- Proceed to Nampan village and see local cheroot factory (where the Burmese cigars are made) and canoe carving. Overnight Nyaung Shwe.


Day10 : Nyaung Shwe - Heho – YangonDepature

Breakfast at the hotel and visit local market.
Check out from the hotel and procced to Aye Thar Yar ,near taungyi & transfer to Heho airport for departure flight to Yangon. and staright away link to international Terminal for your return flight.
